Data intermediaries and governance challenges

The role of data intermediaries as defined by the Data Governance Act (DGA) has been introduced to provide secure infrastructure. Corresponding sector-specific governance arrangements between data holders and data recipients ensure and document the Data Intermediation Service Provider DISP-specific governance between actors using data agreements.

We act as ESG data entrepreneurs …

… with focus on Promising Data Arenas and their data Dilemmas along selected value chains.

Our concepts and services are synergetic with the swelling data-driven ESG policy stream and reflect existing, grown but sometimes transforming multi-level governance constellations.

Our ambitions are to co-create lasting, coordinated and cascaded data intermediation solutions within selected data arenas to capture these sometimes high-hanging values.

We are strategically advising value chain actors and policy entrepreneurs in the context of the Data Governance Act.
